O'Leary's Clover
Farm has a specifically designed Gift of Hope Card to celebrate the life
of your loved one or friend who has passed away. A donation in their honor
will pay tribute to their spirit as your generous donation supports diabetic
children. These beautiful cards are also a perfect way of
commemorating the anniversary of a loved one's passing. When you purchase a
Gift of Hope card the family will receive a beautiful card announcing the gift
and explaining the mission of O’Leary’s Clover Farm. You will also receive a
confirmation card and receipt for tax purposes.
In the unfortunate event a loved one passes and you wish to have memorial donation cards available at the funeral home, please contact us at olearyscloverfarm@comcast.net and a shipment will be sent immediately.
